Tulsa, Oklahoma located between Yale Boulevard and Sheridan and north of 91st
Street. The neighborhood has over 338 custom homes with large trees and
well-maintained landscapes.

Break-Ins & Vandalisms
Recently, we have experienced a home break-in, several car break-ins, and vandalism.
Several of these resulted in significant theft of TVs, jewelry, cash, and fraudulent use of credit cards.
Signal Hill also experienced several of the same type of incidents. Most of the vandalism has happened
between midnight and 4:00 AM, but several cases happened during the day. We should all be particularly
vigilant for suspicious sounds and activities. The police department reports this type of wanton damage
and thefts in many neighborhoods in south Tulsa. Usually this need is related to vandalism and malicious
events by younger people closely paralleling holidays and summertime, but really anytime.
The following steps should be taken to reduce the chance of such an occurrence:
- • Don't leave your garage door open – keep the garage closed at all times if possible.
- • Use your security system! And get a security system sign.
- • Lock your automobile and don’t leave your keys in your automobile, even in the garage
- • Don’t leave your purse in your automobile, even in the garage- they get stolen and this has happened several times!
- • Park in your garage if at all possible.
- • Avoid parking in the street or near the street – these cars are most frequently vandalized.
- • If you have to park outside, remove the garage door opener and park close to the garage.
- • Don’t leave items in the car – this invites theft and broken windows.
- • Watch your neighbors’ home and notice any unusual activity – Meet YOUR neighbors.
